Our expertise enables us to create a special wine and dining experience at one of Washington's leading restaurants with food and wines sure to please your guests. This can be accompanied by a presentation about the wine and food to enhance the evening. Large or small groups can be accommodated. We can also work with your caterer in your home. Some dinner possibilities are:

1. Classic Gourmet Dinner

We will arrange a special dinner at one of Washington's fine French, Italian or Spanish restaurants (your choice), utilizing a private room wherever possible. We will work with the chef to match a carefully chosen menu to selected wines from the same country. As the meal progresses we will guide a lively discussion of the wine and food and, at the same time, allow your guests plenty of time to chat among themselves.

2. Contemporary Gourmet Dinner

This dinner would be similar to the country specific classic gourmet dinner described above, except that the food will be more contemporary and the wines more diverse, that is, representative of several different countries or regions.

3. Bistro Casual Dinner

We will arrange a casual "bistro" dinner with casual dress and moderately priced wines to match the food. Discover some lesser known wines and some good places to eat.

4. Your House/Your Caterer

The ultimate! Let us work with your caterer and wines that we choose to prepare a dinner served in the warmth of your own home, but with unobtrusive wine and food talk guided by us. Or we can set it up, provide an introduction, and then "disappear."
